Sron Chona Choirein photo

The head of Sròn Chona Chorein

This is the east top (point 927) of Stuchd an Lochain, reached either by ascending its east ridge Sròn Chona Chorein or, as we had done, by its north ridge, the easiest way up from the Loch na Daimh dam. Although we had sunny intervals, clouds enveloped us periodically on this walk, and the wind was bitter.
