Priesthill Height photo

Priesthill Height

Moorland summit, with a selection of fences. The forest is not fenced off, another sign of the cessation of sheep farming up here. The enclosure on top is a mystery, but judging by the flora and presence of bones, it is probably an enclosure for disposing of sheep carcasses. The moors end here, replaced by a big forestry plantation on Nutberry Hill.
