Guide to Scotland's hills & mountains

Mullach Coire nan Geur-oirean photo

The summit, Mullach Coire nan Guer-oirean

The small cairn on Carn a' Chaisteil, which appears to have been recently enlarged as is now common with the dochertys. View westward towards the hills around Glen Dessary. The gap of Glen Pean is prominent to the left, leading to a view of Sgurr nan Gillean on Rum. The summit plateau is like much of the long ridge, dry and easy to walk on. The hill is very steep to the north and south.
